Geraldin is the absolute best. She took care of me and by far the most polite informative person. She is definitely a beacon of light. She didn’t just get me to sign and lease and forget about me. She checked in with a periodically to make sure things was going well and I was still happy with my unit. Hands down such a loving and caring person

The Lakeside place apartments is a great community to raise your family and less than 15-20 from Greenville downtown, there are things to do here picnic area and view ducks that are onsite.

we love it here so far ms.Geraldine is so nice and sweet she made us feel so welcomed from day one we went on tour instantly fell in love with the place maintenance is definitely quick to fix things I love how the community tries to do things with it’s residents forsure I love the friendly atmosphere here I definitely recommend 🥰
